Landing Barge Vessels

Landing Barge Vessels:

These vessels are distinguished by their drop down forward door. These vessels have been popular with institutions that require a general purpose works vessel, as they have the ability to load and unload at the shoreline. This shore access has the advantage that both quad bikes and personell may be safely deployed from the vessel.

Our range of Landing Barges are designed to meet Survey requirements across classes, including 2D, 2E and 2C and for different loadings. The designs can be customised to suit the operational requirements. We have produced Barges with lifting and loading mechanisms for buoy retrieval and deployment, also both electric and hydraulic forward door mechanisms. We can also design barges fitted with bow winches or the capacity to be lifted onto larger vessels for specific operations.

Barges can be supplied with either single or twin outboard or inboard - jet drive for shallow water operation.
